What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred
- Active HHA license preferred
- Able to perform caregiving duties safely
- Comfortable handling body fluids and following safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Meets all required employment qualifications
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and support to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist patients with daily living activities according to their care plan
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Keep accurate records of the care provided
- Communicate regularly with your supervisor
- Submit required documentation on time

Home Health Aides and CNAs must work within their scope of practice. Duties do not include administering medications, changing sterile dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, wound or colostomy irrigation, tracheostomy care, enemas, or any skilled nursing procedures not included in the patient's approved plan of care.
