Executive Home Care of Hacienda Heights is looking for compassionate and reliable In-Home Care Companions to provide support for clients in Pasadena and Arcadia. In this role, you’ll help individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes—while making a meaningful difference every day.
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour (depending on experience)
Shifts: 4–8 hours
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous caregiving or related experience (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work effectively as part of a team
Your Role & Responsibilities:

Personal Care (ADLs): Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and transfers.

Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with prescriptions.

Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and encourage proper hydration.

Companionship: Offer conversation, emotional support, and accompany clients to activities or appointments.
