What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:
- ·Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and walking safely
- Help clients stay on schedule with their medications
- Support safe and consistent medication routines
- Prepare meals based on dietary needs
- Encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Offer friendly conversation and emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Watch for changes in health or behavior
- Document care and keep the care team informed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) in the state of California
- CPR & First Aid certified (a plus!)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and a team-player attitude
- Able to follow care plans and provide respectful, high-quality support
